The Association Meets With the Mayor |
On Friday, November 21, at one of Groupe Montclair's 3 model homes in Phase 3, the Board of Directors of the Bois-Franc Owners' Association met with Alan DeSousa, the Mayor of the Borough of Saint-Laurent, and Councillor Laval Demers of the Côte-de-Liesse district. The purpose of the meeting was to lay the foundations for better communication and cooperation between both parties. All new buyers in Phase 3 automatically become members of the Association, whereas the buyers of the previous phases are being invited to do so by joining online, using the registration form on the website www.boisfranc.com. The Bois-Franc Owners' Association looks after protecting the distinctive nature of Bois-Franc, organizes activities to create a feeling of belonging and represents its members in dealing with the competent authorities in order to improve community services.
